Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet Sepsis-3 diagnostic criteria: 1)Infection; 2) Life-threatening organ dysfunction (SOFA score =2); 2. Lower respiratory tract infection; 3. Age =18 years; 4. SOFA score 2-14; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Time since sepsis diagnosis exceeds 48 hours; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Severe primary diseases affecting survival (e.g., uncontrolled metastatic malignancies, hematologic diseases, HIV); 4. Continuous use of immunosuppressants within 6 months or organ transplant recipients; 5. Participation in other clinical trials within 30 days; 6. APACHE II =30; 7. Known allergy to herbal components in the study drug.
