40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40-70 years; (2) Knee pain patients; (3) X-ray confirmed early to mid-stage KOA by K-L grading; (4) Normal cognitive and communication abilities; (5) No recent TCM/Western medicine treatments; (6) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Comorbidities requiring special treatment; (2) Pregnancy/lactation; (3) Organic brain diseases or cervical pathologies; (4) Cardiovascular/psychiatric/infectious diseases; (5) Local skin infections/contraindications; (6) Recent participation in other trials; (7) Unassessable cases.
