control group:The control group was given routine guidance based on the 'WHO Guidelines on Sleep Health (2019)' (World Health Organization, 2019). This includes going to bed and waking up early, maint
creating a good sleep environment, keeping the bedroom dark and quiet
avoiding the intake of stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol, and tea four hours before bedtime
and engaging in moderate exercise during the day (but avoiding strenuous activities two hours before bedtime).
Acupoint massage group:Currently, literature documents that acupoints for improving sleep are distributed throughout the body, with commonly used acupoints mostly located on the head, face, and limbs
Zi Wu Liu Zhu acupoint massage group:According to the TCM principle of syndrome differentiation for acupoint selection, combined with empirical acupoint selection (Jin et al., 2024

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time undergraduate nursing students majoring in nursing; 2. Completed at least 3 months of rotating night shifts; 3. PSQI score = 8 points; 4. No history of psychological or psychiatric diseases or use of related medications; 5. Informed consent obtained and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation period; 2. Diagnosed with sleep disorder diseases; 3. Received acupuncture, massage, or acupoint plaster treatment within the past month; 4. Skin damage or infection, unsuitable for local acupoint pressing; 5. Continuously received acupuncture, massage, or other regular treatments for sleep in the recent month (within the past month).
