Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo; (2) meet the criteria for successful CRPs of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo; (3)patients with residual dizziness symptoms after successful reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo; (4) aged between 18 and 75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who refuse or are not suitable for BPPV reduction treatment, such as severe cardiovascular diseases, severe cervical spondylosis or fractures; (2) Patients with anemia, various hematological diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and malignant tumors; (3) Patients with central positional vertigo, vestibular migraine, Menier's disease and other vertigo diseases; (4) Dizziness Handicap Inventory total (DHI-T)) scores=30; (5) Those who are in menstruation, pregnancy, lactation, and less than 1 year after delivery; (6) Patients with mental illness with severe anxiety and depression;(7) Patients who take other drugs such as iron, anti-vertigo or anti-anxiety and depression that may affect the judgment of efficacy results.
