Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 2.1 Diagnostic Criteria: According to the Chinese Medicine Industry Standard "Criteria for the Diagnosis and Therapeutic Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Diseases" (1) A clear history of ankle trauma; (2) Immediate ankle pain, local swelling, subcutaneous ecchymosis, and limping after injury; (3) Significant local tenderness; in cases of inversion injury, severe pain occurs at the anterior-lateral aspect of the fibula when the foot is inverted; in cases of eversion injury, severe pain occurs at the anterior-medial aspect of the tibia when the foot is everted. 2.2 Inclusion Criteria (1) Meets the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Age between 18 and 78 years old; (3) Patients willing to accept and cooperate with treatment and follow-up, and able to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 2.3 Exclusion Criteria (1) Abnormal sensory function in the ankle and foot region or presence of skin infections; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic systems, or patients with mental illness; (3) Patients with an allergic constitution or known allergy to this type of drug or its components; (4) Patients with severe osteoporosis.
