Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pain on knee joint with at least three of the following Age more than 50 Morning Stiffness is less than 30 minutes Bony enlargement Crepitus on active motion Bony tenderness No palpable warmth ESR less than 40mm/hour Rheumatoid factor is less than 1:40 Synovial fluid signs of osteoarthritis Crepitus on active motion and osteophytes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic illness Hepatic Failure, Renal Failure, Ischemic Heart Disease, Malignancy, Anemia and Diabetes Mellitus Patient suffering from other types of arthritis. We exclude Rheumatoid arthritis as it is needed internal medicine to resolve inflammation, and which involves other small joints. Other types of arthritis will be excluded due to following reasons, needs internal medicines and prevalence of population lower at our clinic when comparing with osteoarthritis Pregnant and Lactating mothers Mentally retarded person Patient with the family history of Allergy
