Interventions

Ropivacaine nebulization inhalation group:The patient received 5 mL of 0.75% ropivacaine administered via nebulization prior to induction of anesthesia.
Ropivacaine nebulization inhalation combinded with press needle group:Prior to anesthesia induction,press neddles were applied to bilateral Neiguan , Hegu , and Gongsun, concurrently with 5 mL of 0.7

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 2) ASA levels I-III; 3) Age range is 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2) Patients with severe diseases of vital organs such as the heart, brain, lungs, liver, or kidneys; 3) Patients with hyperthyroidism;4) Patients requiring intraoperative extension of the surgical field to include neck lymph node dissection; 5) Patients with coagulation disorders or hematological diseases; 6) Patients allergic to ropivacaine or exhibiting adverse drug reactions; 7) Pregnant or lactating women; 8) Patients with surgical site or systemic infections; 9) Patients presenting difficult airways during anesthesia induction requiring modification of standard intubation techniques.
