Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Unmarried women aged 18-25 who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea (Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain in Women, 2024); 2) VAS scores for menstrual pain in the past 3 months are all =4 (moderate or severe pain); 3) Basically regular menstrual cycle (21-35 days); 4) Willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Confirmed by gynecological examination or B-ultrasound to have pelvic organic diseases (such as endometriosis, adenomyosis of the uterus, etc.); 2) Combined with severe systemic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney or mental diseases; 3) Those with skin damage, infection in the local area to be massaged, or allergic to mugwort smoke; 4) Those who have received continuous hormone drugs or regular analgesic treatment in the past 3 months.
