Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Questionnaire Group: (1) Age =18 years; (2) Self-reported current smoker (lifetime consumption >100 cigarettes and smoked within 30 days prior to survey); (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation. Interview Group: (1) Participants who completed the questionnaire survey; (2) Physically capable of communication; (3) Voluntarily signed informed consent for interviews.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Questionnaire Group Exclusions: (1) Non-permanent residents of Inner Mongolia or with abnormal geographic positioning; (2) Severe cognitive impairment/mental illness affecting response validity; (3) Logical contradictions, duplicate submissions (same device/IP/fingerprint), or completion time <3 minutes. Interview Group Exclusions: Uncooperative participants or those withdrawing mid-interview.
