Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for facial paralysis: diagnostic criteria refer to the "13th Five-Year Plan" textbook Neurology 8th edition (edited by Jia Jianping and Chen Shengdi, published by People's Health Publishing House). diagnostic criteria refer to the "13th Five-Year Plan" textbook Acupuncture and Moxibustion 10th edition (edited by Shi Xuemin, published by China Publishing House). 2. Disease duration is at least 2 months. 3. Patients voluntarily accept treatment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary peripheral facial paralysis, central nervous system facial paralysis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and facial paralysis caused by otogenic factors due to trauma, surgery, tumors, etc. 2. Pregnancy status, severe cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and patients with severe mental disorders. 3. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
