Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of both traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine; 2) Aged between 40 and 75 years with a disease duration ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months; 3) First-ever onset of consciousness without severe cognitive impairment and capable of following motor instructions; 4) The patient has voluntarily consented to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were not met; 2) with severe mental retardation, aphasia, and communication disorder; 3) Complicated with serious medical diseases of the heart, liver, lung, kidney and other vital organs; 4) Hand dysfunction caused by rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral nerve injury and other causes; 5) Patients received other related treatments within 3 months before the study, which may affect the evaluation of the efficacy of the study; 6) Skin sensitivity, bleeding tendency and acute suppurative inflammation are unsuitable for acupuncture.
