Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the 2016 "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute/Chronic Non-Specific Low Back Pain in China" issued by the expert group of the Spinal Cord Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Association, the inclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1)Pain in the lumbar and/or sacral region lastingfor more than 12 weeks, with an unidentifiedcause; 2)Primary clinical manifestation is pain in the lumbar and/or sacral region3; 3)May be accompanied by symptoms such as lower back weakness, stiffness, or restrictedmovement; 4)Pain symptoms often alleviate or disappear after bed rest, and worsen after bending, prolongedsitting, or prolonged standing; 5)Symptoms can be temporarily relieved by methods such as heat compression, massage, ortopical analgesics; 6)Physical examination may reveal increased muscle tension or distinct localized tender points inthe painful area, or the presence of referred pain;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of lumbar disc herniation, meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation syndrome; 2) Presence of lumbar spondylolisthesis, facet joint osteoarthritis, lumbar spinal stenosis, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, or spinal arthropathy; 3) Comorbidities include severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, renal or hematological system diseases; or intolerance to tuina massage or acupressure; 4) Females who are menstruating, pregnant, or lactating.
