Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. DCM patients: 1) Age 18-80 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for DCM, confirmed by coronary angiography and left ventricular angiography, excluding coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (coronary heart disease), arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, and other types of cardiomyopathy. 3) Voluntarily signed the informed consent form to agree to participate in this study. 2. Healthy volunteers: Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-80 years old; 2) Voluntarily signed the informed consent form, agreeing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe COPD, pulmonary heart disease, or respiratory failure; 2) Patients with severe hematopoietic system diseases; 3) Patients with malignant tumors or organ transplant recipients; 4) Patients with severe mental disorders or significant cognitive impairment; 5) Participants deemed unsuitable for this study by the investigators.
