Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged between 40 and 60 years; meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria for patellofemoral joint disease, including pain in the front of the knee, worsening pain when going up and down stairs, and during squatting, confirmed through imaging tests (such as X-rays, MRIs, etc.); voluntarily signing an informed consent form and willing to cooperate in completing the entire research process. Diagnostic criteria for included cases: Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis (2020 Edition)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combining severe cardiopulmonary diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illnesses, and other systemic diseases that affect treatment and assessment; the presence of other severe injuries (such as fractures, ligament tears, etc.) or diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc.) in the knee joint; recently underwent knee joint surgery or other special treatment for patellofemoral disease.
