Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 40 and 60 years, gender unrestricted. 2.History of low back pain. 3. Symptoms consistent with degenerative low back pain: primarily pain and discomfort below the costal margin, between the mid-axillary lines bilaterally, and above the gluteal crease. patients may experience pain in the buttocks or legs, but this is not of a radicular nature. Patients may also exhibit weakness, stiffness, restricted mobility, or decreased coordination in the waist. 4. Clinical signs consistent with degenerative low back pain: presence of increased muscle tone or distinct localized tender points (trigger points) at the site of pain. Neurological root signs are typically negative upon clinical examination.1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1)Refuse to participate in the clinical trial; 2) Have intellectual or behavioral impairments that prevent cooperation with the trial; 3) Have spinal tumors, infections, skin lesions, or other conditions that make needle manipulation impossible; 4) Be in the pregnancy or lactation period.
