Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia requiring indwelling urinary catheterization; 2) ASA I–III; 3) Aged 18–65 years; 4) No history of allergy to dexmedetomidine; 5) No indwelling urinary catheterization within one week prior to surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2) Those with a history of severe diseases affecting vital organs such as the heart, brain, lungs, liver, or kidneys; 3) Individuals with a history of urinary system disorders; 4) Those with a history of mental illness or prolonged use of anesthetic medications; 5) Localized infection of acupoints, dizziness caused by needles, etc; 6) Individuals where the target acupoint is difficult to expose.
