Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have signed the informed consent form and have completed at least one fasting period, regardless of BMI, including those with normal weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cachexia; (2) Neurotic anorexia and eating disorders; (3) Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism; (4) Advanced cerebrovascular insufficiency or dementia; (5) Advanced hepatic or renal insufficiency; (6) Pregnancy and lactation; (7) Individuals unable to care for themselves; (8) Individuals without complete records of a single fasting data.
