Control Group:Routine home life, without restricting rehabilitation exercises

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years old; 2) Patients diagnosed with primary Parkinson's Disease (PD) by a doctor, in line with the Chinese PD Diagnostic Criteria (2016 Version); 3) Modified Hoehn-Yahr Stage 1-3; 4) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score = 26; 5) Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary Parkinsonism or Parkinson-plus syndrome; 2) Patients with mental illnesses; 3) Complicated with severe heart, lung, or joint diseases that affect standing; 4) Patients with severe hearing or visual impairments that affect communication or activities; 5) Participation in other exercise intervention studies in the past 3 months; 6) Patients with implanted electronic medical devices (e.g., deep brain stimulation).
