Control group (tnVNS group):Stimulation at scapha region (clavicle/shoulder points, non-vagus nerve area). Same parameters as taVNS group

60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 60-85 years, non-acute fragile brain function diagnosis, any gender; 2) Patients undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation for laparoscopic abdominal tumor resection (gastric/colorectal); 3) BMI 18-30 kg/m²; 4) ASA class I-III; 5) Voluntary participation with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Local skin infection/injury in auricular concha area; 2) Illiteracy or severe visual/hearing impairment; 3) History of psychotropic drug abuse; 4) Preoperative chronic pain with central analgesics use, opioid dependence; 5) Severe hepatic/renal dysfunction; 6) Pacemaker implantation or cardiac conduction disorders.
