Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.CT/MRI confirmed stroke first occurrence unilateral lesion. 2.The vital signs are stable, the disease course is within 12 months, the patient is conscious, and the age range is between 20 and 75 years old.. 3.Diagnosed as limb spasms in Ashworth spasticity grading with muscle tone grading = Grade I 4.In Brunnstrom's motor function staging both the upper limb and hand of hemiplegia are below stage V but there are no abnormalities in the contralateral upper limb. 5. Normal cognitive function (Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores = 24 for high school and above = 20 for primary school and = 17 for illiteracy) able to cooperate well with rehabilitation training. 6.Voluntarily join this project and sign an informed consent form for rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Upper limb motor dysfunction caused by traumatic brain injury intracranial tumors and other reasons. 2) Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation training due to various reasons such as cognitive decline mental illness etc. 3) Individuals with severe functional impairments in important organs such as the heart brain and kidneys. 4) Individuals with hemiplegic upper limbs with metal implants or skin ulcers.
