18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)People aged between 18 and 40, regardless of gender; 2) It is consistent with the subjective symptoms of fatigue in the neck and shoulder muscles; 3) Fatigue scale score (6-14 points), pain scale score (3-6 points); 4) No ongoing fatigue-related treatments; 5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are cervical intervertebral disc protrusion and spinal cord injury diseases; 2) There are serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases, as well as mental disorders; 3) Combined with medical history and other examinations, it can be diagnosed as other suspected diseases. 4) Other treatments for neck and shoulder fatigue 24 hours before treatment; 5) There are skin lesions or infections on the wrists, shoulders and neck.
