Ischemic heart disease

Interventions

CIHD patient control group:Administer aspirin 100mg qd, atorvastatin calcium 20mg qd (patients with hypertension, diabetes, etc., continue corresponding medications for control), for 4 weeks.
CIHD patients Chinese herbal medicine group:On the basis of the control group, Compound Tianlong Decoction was administered daily (1 dose, by decoction) for 4 weeks.
CIHD patients in the acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine combination group:On the basis of the herbal medicine group, acupuncture was administered at the Neiguan (PC6), Shenmen (HT7), and Zusanli
A Control Group of AIHD Patients:Standardized Western medical treatment, 4 weeks
AIHD Patients Chinese Herbal Medicine Group:On the basis of the control group, Compound Tianlong Decoction was administered daily (1 dose, by decoction) for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, i.e., carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound shows the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in the carotid artery, with a lumen stenosis rate of <70%, or meets the diagnostic criteria for acute coronary syndrome, and has undergone revascularization (including intravenous drug thrombolysis or percutaneous coronary intervention) for 1 week; (2) Confirmed as "qi deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis" according to traditional Chinese medicine differential diagnosis; (3) Participants aged between 18-75 years at the time of enrollment; (4) All participants agreed to and signed the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM); (2) Individuals who have undergone surgery, severe trauma, shock, infectious diseases, or non-infectious inflammatory diseases within the past month; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system, or those with diabetic ketoacidosis; (4) Patients who are in the pregnancy or lactation period; (5) Patients with allergic constitutions.
