Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years and <60 years; 2. Meet the criteria for the target population (individuals with no prior history of diabetes and normal blood glucose levels; individuals meeting the criteria for prediabetes including isolated impaired fasting glucose isolated impaired glucose tolerance or impaired fasting glucose combined with impaired glucose tolerance; individuals meeting the criteria for type 2 diabetes and diagnosed within the past two years): 3. Cooperate with the collection of four diagnostic information and biological samples; 4. sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe systemic diseases within the past 6 months (such as heart liver kidney or lung diseases; liver or kidney insufficiency; severe infections; mental disorders; connective tissue diseases etc.) 2.Previous history of pathological conditions affecting glucose metabolism or body weight (such as thyroid diseases Cushing's syndrome acromegaly etc.) 3.Use of systemic hormones or other medications affecting glucose metabolism within the past 3 months; 4.History of urinary system diseases or symptoms within the past 3 months; 5.Pregnant women women planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding women.
