Interventions

Rhodiola group (RHO group):Twice daily (after breakfast and dinner), take the Rhodiola capsule, 3 capsules each time, for 28 days.
Control group (CTR group):Take empty red capsule shells of the same volume, with the administration regimen consistent with the red group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Participants must be between 18 and 25 years old. 2. Gender: Male basketball athletes. 3. Athletic Level: National-level athletes, first-class athletes, or second-class athletes. 4. Health Status: Participants must have no history of major illnesses or sports-related injuries. 5. Training Background: Participants must have at least two years of basketball training experience and currently be engaged in systematic training. 6. Supplement Use: Participants must not have a record of taking other performance-enhancing or fatigue-resistant supplements within the three months prior to the study. 7. Dietary and Lifestyle Habits: Participants must maintain stable dietary and lifestyle habits during the study and must not make drastic changes to their diet or lifestyle. 8. Informed Consent: Participants must voluntarily participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, and fully understand the purpose, process, potential risks, and benefits of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe illness or chronic disease: Participants with severe illnesses or chronic diseases may be excluded from the study, as these conditions could interfere with the study results. 2. Use of specific medications: Certain medications may affect the study results, so individuals currently taking specific medications may be excluded. 3. Smokers: Smokers may be excluded due to the potential negative impact of smoking on lung function. 4. Allergy history: Participants with a history of allergy to Rhodiola or similar plant components may be excluded. 5. Supplement use: Individuals with a record of using other performance-enhancing or fatigue-fighting supplements within the past three months may be excluded.
