Conditions

Mild to moderate stroke-related depression

Interventions

Joint Group:Once daily scalp acupuncture therapy and rTMS therapy, 5 times a week.
Scalp Acupuncture Group:Undergo 1 session of scalp acupuncture daily, 5 times a week.
rTMS group:1 session of rTMS therapy daily, 5 sessions per week.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 3. Disease duration of 2 to 12 months; 4. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score of 8 to 24 points; 5. Able to cooperate with treatment and scale assessments; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Only those who meet all six of the above criteria are eligible for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals in the acute phase of a stroke; those with a family history of epilepsy, primary depression, or mental disorders; those with severe pulmonary infections; those who have received other antidepressant treatments in the past month; those with implanted metallic foreign bodies in the cranium or pacemakers in the heart; and those with suicidal tendencies or behaviors, severe depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other mental disorders. Individuals meeting any of the above criteria are excluded from participation.
