Sham acupuncture group:o Non-acupoints: avoid traditional acupoints and do not induce qi sensation
The frequency and duration of treatment were the same as those in the acupuncture group. The needles were retained for half an hour each time and treated with infrared laser.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age: 18 to 65 years old, scheduled for posterior lumbar spinal canal decompression and fusion surgery; - Diagnosed with lumbar degeneration (such as intervertebral disc protrusion, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis), accompanied by low back pain and lower extremity pain; - The surgical range involves 1 to 2 segments (4 to 6 screws); - No severe heart or lung diseases (such as heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); - No use of psychotropic drugs (such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Previous history of lumbar spine surgery; b. Patients who have received acupuncture before; c. Contraindications to acupuncture (skin infection, history of fainting during acupuncture); d. Lumbar spine infection, tumor; ASA > grade 3; inability to cooperate with the assessment.
