Interventions

Control group:Conventional health education will be implemented. This includes utilizing existing oncology health education manuals during survivor follow-up visits to reinforce prior educational know
Intervention Group 1:1. Locomotion Training: Includes walking (40 seconds × 3 times/day), one-legged stance with eyes open (60 seconds × 3 times/day), and slow squats (10 seconds × 6 times/day)
2. Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercise Prevention: Utilizes health-preserving exercises recommended in "Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation and Rehabilitation" and "Traditional Chinese

60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 60 years; 2) Diagnosed with malignant tumors according to the 8th Edition of the International Tumor TNM Staging System, with no bone metastases confirmed by physicians; 3) Completed primary treatments including surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy; 4) Received active, non-palliative treatment; 5) Survival of =5 years without active tumor and no signs of recurrence; 6) Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score >60 points; 7) No history of musculoskeletal function, disorders caused by primary orthopedic conditions; 8) Provided informed consent and voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any contraindications that make exercise inadvisable; 2) Severe physical or mental health conditions, such as depression.
