Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 85 years old = 18 years old maintenance HD = 3 months 2)Diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction referring to the diagnostic criteria B-type functional gastric and duodenal diseases and C-type functional intestinal diseases in the Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders: Rome IV the should meet one or more of the B-type or C-type 3)Urea clearance index (Kt/V) =1.2 in the past months 4)Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Existence of malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular, endocrine, liver, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases 2) Those with severe water, electrolyte, acid-base balance disorders, severe infections, umbilical skin infections or injuries, and those with concomitant mental illnesses 3) Those who are currently taking hormones, immunosuppressants, or antibiotics 4) People who are allergic to rhubarb, honey, and adhesive tape 5) Those who cannot cooperate with all treatments, examinations, or have incomplete information 6) Patients who have taken drugs that affect gastrointestinal function in the past month
