Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes: Refer to the diagnostic criteria in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)" : Presence of diabetic symptoms such as "three more and one less" plus random blood glucose =11.1 mmol/L; Or fasting plasma glucose (FPG) = 7.0mmol/L or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) of the glucose tolerance test (OGTT) = 11.1 mmol/L; Or glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) = 6.5%. 2.Diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis: Refer to the diagnostic criteria in the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Primary Osteoporosis (2017)" : Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus mentioned in 1) above; At the same time the bone mineral density T value is =-2.5 or brittle fractures have occurred before calcium supplements or other drugs for treating osteoporosis are effective or the diagnosis has been confirmed by imaging examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diseases related to the heart lungs liver kidneys thyroid gland etc. as well as those with connective tissue diseases gynecological diseases digestive system diseases fibroosteitis osteomalacia and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Failure to follow visitors on time; 3. Patients who have taken sex hormones adrenal cortical hormones and other drugs that affect bone metabolism within half a year; 4. Those with bad habits such as excessive drinking.
