Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women aged between 18 and 45 years old; 2) Single pregnancy; 3) Obese women with a pre-pregnancy body mass index of = 28.0 and weight gain of > 9 kg during pregnancy; 4) The pregnant women were previously in good health and had no history of related diseases such as hypertension or diabetes; 5) Permanent residents of Guangdong Province; 6) Postpartum dietary management was carried out at home; 7) The newborns were normal full-term infants (37 weeks to 42 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Currently participating in other studies that may affect the evaluation of the results of this research. 2) Have mental disorders.
