Interventions

Experimental group:Ma Huang Fu Zi Xi Xin Decoction formula with modifications, 100ml, once daily.
Control Group:100ml of warm water plus 0.001% quinine once daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to thediagnosis criteria for sepsis and the TCM Shaoyin cold transformation syndrome criteria. 2. Age between 18-90 years old, gender. 3. Expected ICU stay7 days. 4. Informed consent, voluntary participation. The process of obtaining the informed consent signed by the patient's legal representative should comply with GCP regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently participating in or having participated in other clinical trials within the past month. 2. Pregnancy or lactation. 3. Individuals with skin damage or infection at the examination site, making ultrasound examination impossible. 4. Patients with renal failure on long-term dialysis. 5. Patients with disseminated tumors or undergoing chemotherapy and other special treatments. 6. Unstable angina / acute myocardial infarction, heart rate <50 beats per minute, second-degree or higher atrioventricular block. 7. Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction who cannot receive Chinese medicine via the gastrointestinal tract. 8. Patients allergic to Chinese medicine or unable to tolerate it.
