Exposure group:Administer Chinese herbal medicine orally, 180 ml per dose, twice daily, for a 12-week period.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old (inclusive), regardless of gender; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary nodules; 3. Patients who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently or expected to use medications (including various antibiotics) or underlying conditions (respiratory diseases, rheumatic diseases) that may affect the evaluation of the trial during the study period; 2. Presence of neurological or psychiatric disorders that make cooperation impossible or unwilling; 3. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or those with recent plans for pregnancy; 4. Participation in other interventional clinical trials within the past 12 weeks; 5. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator (e.g., patients with surgical indications).
