Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea; 2)Unmarried women aged 18 to 30; 3)Disease duration = 6 months, with normal menstrual cycle (28 ± 7 days); 4)Average abdominal pain intensity VAS value in the past three menstrual cycles = 20mm; 5)Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, adenomyosis or other factors was confirmed by B-ultrasound and gynecological examination. 2) Pregnant women, women preparing for pregnancy or those in the lactation period. 3) Those who took any painkillers within 24 hours before acupuncture intervention. 4) Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, as well as mental disorders.
