Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)BMI=24kg/m2 was overweight or BMI=28kg/m2 was obesity and met the waist circumference: male> 85cm female > 80cm; 2) Age of 18-65 years old regardless of gender; 3) In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus in "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (2020 edition)" formulated by the Diabetes Society of Chinese Medical Association. 4) The subjects were informed and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from mental disorders or behavioral disorders may affect the accuracy of the survey results 2) Unable to communicate normally or unable to complete the questionnaire for other reasons; 3) pregnant or lactating women.
