Treatment group:Methimazole tablets orally in combination with Methylthiouracil granules orally.
Control Group:Methimazole tablets orally in combination with Propylthiouracil granules placebo orally.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for Graves' disease in Western medicine. (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for Yutie Tanjiezhen syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. (3) Aged 18 to 70 years old, both males and females are eligible. (4) Able to understand and comply with the research procedures, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If any of the following conditions apply, the patient will be excluded from participating in this study: 1. Patients with hyperthyroidism caused by diseases other than Hashimoto's thyroiditis or patients with autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients with thyroid enlargement compressing adjacent organs; 3. Patients with thyrotoxic crisis or a history of 131I treatment; 4. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or women planning pregnancy; 5. Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study; 6. Patients with severe underlying diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system, or severe metabolic disorders; 7. Patients with severe trauma or major surgery that may affect the observation and assessment of indicators; 8. Patients with mental illness; 9. Patients who have received other clinical trial treatments within the past three months.
