Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain, i.e., pain duration exceeding 12 weeks, with no clear organic pathology. 2. Age between 18 and 65 years. 3. Symptoms lasting 3 months or longer. 4. Visual Analog Scale (VAS) > 3 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: diseases (cancer, severe cardiovascular diseases (such as heart failure, etc.), advanced liver diseases (liver cirrhosis, liver failure, etc.), severe blood diseases (leukemia, etc.) and other life-threatening diseases); pregnant women, women preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding women; patients who have participated in other acupuncture therapies within the past month.
