Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertensive emergencies and the TCM diagnostic criteria for Liver Yang Rising syndrome. 2. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years, with no restriction on gender. 3. Patients with an acute onset of illness. 4. Patients who have provided informed consent and are willing to participate as subjects. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe hepatic and renal functional impairment and immunodeficiency; 2. Those with cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmia, sick sinus syndrome, and second to third-degree atrioventricular block, etc., severe heart disease; 3. Those who have experienced cerebrocardiovascular accidents, severe trauma, or major surgery within the past three months; 4. Those with secondary hypertension, a history of kidney disease, malignant tumors, bronchial asthma, and severe chronic diseases such as diabetes; 5. Those with infection or ulceration at the acupuncture site or the tip of the ear; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Those with incomplete clinical data.
