Experimental Group:Routine basic treatment after CPB surgery was supplemented with acupuncture therapy combined with the traditional Chinese medicine compound Tao He Cheng Qi Decoction intervention. A

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with post-CPB microcirculatory disorders due to blood stasis and heat accumulation; Postoperative occurrence of at least 2 of the following: 1) Gastrointestinal symptoms: abdominal distension, intra-abdominal pressure =12 mmHg, bowel sounds =1 time/5 minutes, hemodynamic gastrointestinal drainage >24 hours or drainage volume >500 ml/day, no defecation within 72 hours, or diarrhea with positive fecal occult blood; 2) Abnormal brain function: GCS 3 seconds, urine output 2 mmol/L for more than 2 hours, or diamine oxidase >40 U/L, or S100ß protein >0.15 µg/L; Age between 18 and 75 years, both genders included; Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Postoperative massive hemorrhage, pericardial tamponade, central nervous system infection, intestinal obstruction, etc., caused by mechanical or organic lesions; 2) Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (eGFR < 30 mL/min or Child-Pugh C class), severe electrolyte disorders, or metabolic diseases; 3) History of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4) Lactating women and/or positive urine pregnancy test; 5) Severe infections, immune system diseases, or intestinal-related diseases, or patients receiving exogenous supplementation of intestinal flora; 6) History of acupuncture allergy or Chinese herbal medicine allergy, or inability to cooperate with acupuncture treatment; 7) Subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in the clinical trial by the investigator.
