Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age > 18 years, regardless of gender, with cognitive and expressive abilities. (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) established by the Chinese Society of Cardiology. (3) Having successfully undergone Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). (4) Meeting the TCM pattern diagnosis of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis. (5) Voluntary participation in the clinical trial and provision of signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Failure to meet the diagnostic criteria for both Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (specifically, the pattern of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis). (2) Known allergy or hypersensitivity to the investigational drugs used in this study. (3) Presence of high bleeding risk or abnormal coagulation function. (4) Concurrent hemodynamically unstable conditions such as acute heart failure, cardiac rupture, shock, PCI-related myocardial infarction, or cardiac tamponade. (5) Comorbidities including active infection, COPD, thyroid disorders, malignant tumors, psychiatric disorders, or severe neurosis. (6) Comorbid acute cerebrovascular disease. (7) Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction. (8) Inability to communicate effectively. (9) Participation in another clinical trial within the past month, or ingestion of other Chinese herbal medicines or proprietary Chinese patent medicines within the past 14 days. (10) Unwillingness to cooperate with the comprehensive collection of TCM symptomatology and relevant medical history, indicating poor compliance.
