Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age= 18 years old, = 65 years old; 2) The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis (Xi'an, 2023); 3) Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with unclear diagnosis of colitis; 2) Patients with autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and tumor diseases at the same time; 3) Patients with other serious heart, lung, kidney and other diseases; 4) Combined with retinal diseases, diabetes, malignant hypertension, lupus erythematosus and other connective tissue diseases; 5) 5) Patients who are participating in other drug clinical trials at the same time; 6) 6) The researcher believes that other reasons are not suitable for the trial participants.
