Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) First-onset stroke, with a course of 3 to 6 months; 2) 40 to 75 years old; 3) Right-handed; 4) Seat balance = grade 1; 5) There was no cognitive dysfunction before the onset of the disease, but cognitive impairment was assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) after the onset; 6) Conscious, without severe hearing, vision or speech impairments, and able to cooperate with the treatment and examination;. 7) Informed consent and voluntary signing of the "Informed Consent Form".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with unstable vital signs and progressive stroke; 2) Previous history of epilepsy and cognitive impairment; 3) Those with contraindications to rTMS treatment: metal foreign bodies in the body, electronic devices, skull defects, etc; 4) Those with impaired functions of vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys; 5) Pregnant or lactating patients; 6) Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intellectual, mental disorders and other conditions that prevent cooperation with researchers.
