18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age = 18 years; 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III; 3) Patients scheduled for partial or total thyroidectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients thyroid lateral cervical lymph node dissection surgery; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Chronic pain patients requiring opioid therapy before or after surgery; 4. Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction <40%, second-degree or greater atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, or severe bradycardia (heart rate (HR) <50 beats per minute); 5. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 6. Patients with epilepsy or epileptic seizures; 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 8. Patients allergic to the test drug; 9. Patients unwilling to participate in this study.
