Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: Close contacts refer to people who have not taken effective protective measures to come into contact with suspected or confirmed cases within 2 days before the onset of symptoms or 2 days before the sampling of asymptomatic infected persons. Based on the results of the epidemiological investigation and the big data information provided by the relevant departments epidemiological investigators determine close contacts according to the following principles: 1. A family member who shares a room; 2. direct caregivers or persons providing medical care services; 3. Medical personnel who carry out diagnostic and therapeutic activities and produce aerosols; 4. People who have close contact with offices factories workshops elevators cafeterias or cafeterias classrooms and similar places; (5) Persons sharing meals entertainment and providing catering and entertainment services in a closed environment; 6. Health care workers and their family members visit COVID-19 patients or other close contacts with COVID-19 cases; 7. People riding within 1 metre of a COVID-19 patient or asymptomatic infected person in a vehicle including caregivers escorts (such as family members colleagues and friends) and other passengers and crew members who may have come into contact through investigation and assessment; 8. A person who comes into contact with the environment and objects contaminated by a sick person or an asymptomatic infected person; 9. Other personnel who meet the criteria for close contact as assessed by the on-site researcher. Inclusion criteria of this study: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. 1 day after enrollment the COVID-19 nucleic acid test result of throat swab was negative; 3. Age 18-60 years old; 4. Heart brain liver kidney lung and other vital organ diseases; 5. No abnormal ECG; 6. Good drug compliance; 7. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. under 18 years old or over 60 years old; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Have received antibiotics in the past 3 months 4. Have had acute or chronic respiratory disease in the past month; 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 7 cases. Autoimmune diseases immune deficiencies and other diseases; 8. Allergies to Chinese medicine ingredients.
