18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lung cancer confirmed by biopsy or pathology and receiving palliative care; (2) TNM (tumor-node-metastasis) stage III-IV disease; (3) Aged 18-75 years; (4) Meeting diagnostic criteria for cancer-related fatigue (CRF) per ICD-10 Revision Conference: Fatigue symptoms persisting =2 weeks with =5 of the following: 1)Generalized weakness or heavy limbs 2) Impaired concentration 3) Diminished motivation depressed mood or reduced energy 4) Insomnia or hypersomnia 5) Non-restorative sleep 6) Perceived exertion during routine activities 7) Emotional lability (sadness frustration irritability) 8) Impaired activities of daily living 9) Short-term memory deficits 10) Post-exertional malaise lasting >4 hours (5) Cognitively intact with questionnaire completion ability and CRF scale compliance; (6) Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) =50 and life expectancy >6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with non-cancer-related fatigue; (2) patients with severe liver and kidney damage or cardiovascular disease; (3) mental abnormality, can not cooperate with treatment.
