Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the above criteria for stabilization of COPD, and whose lung function classification meets Grade 2-4 and Group C and D; (2) Age 40 to 80 years old; (3) No contraindications to exercise, and can tolerate five birds exercise; (4) Those who are conscious, have no history of mental or neurological diseases, have fair reading ability and language ability, and have no communication barriers; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this trial, are willing to retain blood specimens, are willing to accept follow-up, and sign the informed consent form for this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the criteria for stable stage in the above COPD disease staging criteria; (2) Those who are 80 years old; (3) Those with physical dysfunction; (4) Those with combined mental and neurological disorders, poor expression, comprehension and communication skills; (5) People with combined lung cancer, bronchial asthma, bronchodilatation, tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases other than COPD; (6) Those with severe metabolic diseases, serious disorders of liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (7) Those who have exercised regularly, with more than 10 hours of active exercise per week; (8) Those who are undergoing physiotherapy or other rehabilitation therapies due to fall in the past 3 months.
