Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 50-80 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria, be able to carry out normal expression and cooperate with treatment; 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score: =19 for participants with elementary education, =24 for those with junior-high-school education or above; 4. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score: >20 for participants with elementary education, and >24 for those with junior-high-school education or above; 5. Patients who are willing to participate in this subject and sign the informed consent can participate in the clinical treatment and research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cognitive impairments caused by definite etiology, such as cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, etc; 2. Severe heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, hematopoietic system disease, nutritional disorders, etc; 3. Illiteracy, color blindness, severe visual/auditory/language impairment, etc. who cannot cooperate with the scale assessment; 4. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the diagnosis and treatment and follow-up visits; 5. Patients who have received acupuncture treatment 2 weeks before enrollment.
