Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age =18 years. (2) Diagnosed with ischemic cerebral infarction. (3) NIHSS score =3 on admission. (4) Patients hospitalized at the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2012 to September 2019 in the database

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with sequelae of cerebral infarction or sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage;2.Patients with severe diseases, such as heart failure, renal failure, cancer, osteoarthritis, etc.;3.Patients who have undergone craniotomy or cardiac plastic surgery;4.Patients with a hospital stay of less than 7 days;5.Patients with one of the following conditions at admission: lack or loss of consciousness, low level of consciousness, or mental disorder.
