Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1)Meet diagnostic criteria with unilateral upper limb finger pain/numbness/paresthesia caused by single-segment cervical lesion; 2) Willing to participate and sign informed consent; 3) Able to complete treatment and comply with medical instructions; 4) Age 25-75, any gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1)Comorbidities requiring special treatment; 2) Pregnant or lactating women; 3) Symptoms caused by organic cranial diseases, ENT disorders, cervical tumors, tuberculosis, etc.; 4) Patients with cardiovascular, psychiatric, or infectious diseases; 5) Local skin infections, ulcers, bleeding, fractures, or contraindications for acupotomy; 6) Use of Western medicine within 15 days prior or participation in other clinical trials; 7) Cases with undeterminable efficacy or incomplete data affecting evaluation.
