18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18–70 years;? 2) Patients with breast cancer confirmed by pathology or cytology;? 3) Joint Pain(including local or systemic joint pain) caused by endocrine therapy with a duration of at least 1 week;? 4) Endocrine therapy regimen required to continue for at least 1 year;? 5) In the past week the patient reported that the worst Joint Pain intensity was =3 points on the VAS;? 6) Life expectancy =1 year;? 7) Voluntary signing of the informed consent form by the patient or legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Excluding pain caused by bone cancer or bone metastases;? 2) Excluding a history of fracture or surgery involving the affected joint within 6 months;? 3) Excluding patients with implanted electronic medical devices;? 4) Excluding patients unsuitable for acupuncture including those with hemorrhagic tendency (e.g. coagulation dysfunction purpura) and local damage at acupoints.
