Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 50-90 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis and the criteria for qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine and the initial pain VAS score is greater than or equal to 4; (3) Patients who have not undergone knee surgery before have not undergone KOA-related treatment in the last month or have a washout period of at least two weeks after treatment; (4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Pregnant or lactating women and mentally ill patients with severe malnutrition or with serious damage to the digestive tract heart brain kidney and hematopoietic system; (3) Patients with other rheumatic diseases at the same time; (4) The swollen joints are accompanied by skin ulceration and allergies.
